An evening in celebration of stuffed foods, hosted with The Canteen in Southwold, Suffolk on Friday 17th February 2023. I’ll be cooking a three-course meal, including:
Garlic, parsley and walnut stuffed mushrooms, watercress salad
Squid stuffed with spicy sausage in a smoky sherry sauce, olive oil mash and gremolata
Squash, spelt and St Helena stuffed cabbage in a smoky sherry sauce (vegetarian option)
Rhubarb and pistachio profiteroles
