I’m really happy to be returning to The Canteen at The Old Hospital in Southwold, Suffolk for four days from Wednesday 15 February through to Saturday 18 February 2023.

The Canteen is part of The Old Hospital, a community space and library just behind the beautiful St Edmund’s Church. It’s a great space run by Nicola Hordern, who I used to work alongside in the kitchen at Quo Vadis in London. She also ran the kitchen at Darsham Nurseries, just down the road from Southwold. As part of my cooking residency in Southwold I’ll be serving up breakfast and lunches from Wednesday 15 February through to Saturday 18 February. I’m also hosting ‘Farci’ – a pop-up dinner on Friday 17th February in celebration of stuffed foods. Think stuffed squid, profiteroles and more… More about that here.
