Join us for a four-course dinner made with ingredients tasting their very best right now at the height of summer. Hosted over two summer nights at Connaught Kitchen, Norwich on Sat 20th and Sat 27th August, I’ll be cooking up joyful plates using ingredients like nectarines, tomatoes, melon, borlotti beans, aubergines, basil, green beans and porchetta reared by Vic on the edge of The Broads at Thatched House Farm. Really looking forward to this one, hope you can join us!
Tickets are £55 per person (drinks not included). The Connaught Kitchen team will serving and handling drinks on the night.
